Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and expect the My Tattoo Ideas community to do the same. If you believe content hosted on the platform infringes your copyright, follow the steps below.

How to submit a notice

Send an email to dmca@mytattooideas.ai with:

1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including URLs or task IDs so we can locate it.
4. Contact information (name, address, telephone, and email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the content and notify the user who uploaded it.

Counter notice

If your content was removed in error you may submit a counter notice by emailing dmca@mytattooideas.ai with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal (include URLs or task IDs).
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, plus a statement that you consent to jurisdiction in the Northern District of California and will accept service of process from the original complainant.

If we receive a valid counter notice we may restore the content unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order. Repeat infringers may lose access to My Tattoo Ideas.
